Raven Forge, an online store selling everything Viking, from authentic weapons to Mead and Jewellery, commissioned me to produce a series of illustrations based around mythological Viking characters.
The style was to be geometric, modern and open line. I created the illustrations in Adobe Illustrator as it’s far easier to experiment and create precise geometric shapes in a vector application than hand illustrating.
Illustrations include the giant wolf Fenrir, the Midgar serpent- Jörmungandr and the traditional form of Thor’s hammer – Mjolnir.
